Healthcare Clinic Owner & Manager | Living Lotus Wellness Center
Managed the Living Lotus Medical & Wellness Center in Seattle, WA.
- Managed practitioners and staff (15 including myself). Responsible for daily operations, business strategy, client services, billing, scheduling, credentialing, hiring, performance, budget, marketing, insurance/provider credentialing, insurance and patient billing, teambuilding, and facilities.
- Provided over 6,500 medical massage and acupuncture sessions annually my final two years – for a total of over 30,000 sessions delivered over the entire life of the clinic.
- Drove 20% annual revenue growth ($150K to $450K) from 2010 – 2016.
- Increased provider team by 300%; increased office staff team by 200%
- Sold the clinic (in 2016) to a retiring investor from the Paul Allen Institute of Brain Science.
